Naming is impressed in large irregular capitals, the "D" on "2ND" double struck. Later cast silver type, reverse engraver marked "WRIGHT" below the bow, maker marked "W. J. D", marked with an anchor (made in BIrmingham), the British lion and date marked "R" (1966). Original ribbon, plated, light contact, very fine. Footnote: 2nd Lieutenant W. J.
