Cordero di Montezemolo Dolcetto d'Alba DOC 2022 birichino and crushed rocksThe Dolcetto d'Alba di Cordero di Montezemolo is highlighted by an intense ruby red color. On the nose it opens with aromas of wild berries followed by hints of red flowers and a subtle vinous note. On the palate it is savory balanced and fresh supported by soft and well integrated tannins. It pairs well with cold cuts and cheeses as well as tasty and light meat dishes. Try it with the classic spaghetti with tomato sauce.
