La Gioiosa Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG 2024 Size::1 Bottle Year in and year outA fluffy white mousse holds well over a very pale straw coloured base that has a fine bead flowing through it. Attractive pear and ripe apple aromas mix with hints of sherbet and quince. Mouth filling flavours of pear and apple carry a soft airy feel with subtle lemon sherbet and chalk characters lingering underneath. Finishes dry with refreshingly crisp acidity and a smooth fruity aftertaste.
