A wild ferment was followed by malolactic fermentation and the wine was aged for six months on lees in barrel and then further sur lattes
still a little shy as a 1er cru should be in its youth
The palate is wonderfully dry
balanced by silky tannins and bright acidity that lend energy and elegance
with perfumed red plums and a chalky freshness giving it a sense of purity and lift
