Domaine Guiberteau Saumur Blanc 2023 Size::6 Bottle Case Montersino and OvelloThe Saumur Blanc is sourced from young vines from the Clos des Crmes and Clos de Guichaux vineyards, as well as old vines from the lower slopes of the Coteaux de Brz. Manual harvest; slow, gentle whole bunch pressing. Fermentation with natural yeast in 2 4 year old barriques. Matured in tank until the Spring following the harvest. Light filtration only at bottling. The wine has tremendous personality with beguiling complexity. Notes of bitter yellow
