Württemberg, Kingdom. An Order Of The Golden Eagle, Exhibition Example In Gold Newly Listed 1937 in Weston(Kniglicher Hoher Orden des goldenen Adlers, Museumsstck). Instituted 6 March 1807 by King Friedrich I of Wrttemberg. (1807 1818 issue; ca. 1900 reissue). Constructed of Gold with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Maltese Cross with red enameled arms, the quadrants joined by finely detailed imperial eagles, three of the arms completing in stylized horn, with the twelve oclock arm bearing a fan with an integral loop connecting to a suspension
