Honduras, Republic. A Medal Of Honor, By N. S. Meyer C.1950 Archive dated 1928(Medalla de Honor). An extremely unusual military medal in bronze gilt, with obverse centre exhibiting a superposed Mayan Indians head facing left on a red enameled heart, surmounted by enameled green laurel branches, plain reverse, marked by makers mark of N. S. MEYER, an army equipment store founded in New York City around 1906, measuring 39. 05 mm (w) x 53. 31 mm (h inclusive of integral ring), presenting widespread wear on both surfaces,
