In silver gilt, a green enamelled seven point star with ball finials and three small silver faceted rays in each quadrant, the obverse medallion with a red enamelled field with a central Arabic inscription (ABDULAZIZ HAN EL MUSTENID BITTEVFIKAT EL RABBANIYE MELIK UL DEVLETUL OSAMIYE) with a crescent moon along the bottom, the reverse medallion bears two drums with flags and the inscription SENE 699,
