The HJ insignia exhibits only minor contact from handling. The blade is the style with a ricasso appearing with a deep motto Blut und Ehre! The reverse side of the blade is stamped with the large horizontal tiger positioned at approximately the center point of the blade. Behind the cat is the companys boldly lettered name and location Tiger Solingen.
