In 18K Gold, an exquisite decoration, comprising a Maltese cross of white enamel arms with ball finials, a crowned O monogram in each quadrant, the obverse medallion featuring a rampant lion on a red enamelled field, the reverse medallion presents the inscription RET OG SANDHED, the cross is surmounted by a crown with small enamel details, measures 41. 1 mm (w) x 60. 7 mm (h), weighs 15. 47
