The London Fashion week is a show which provides an epicentre for a City wide fashion celebration with close proximity to major retail outlets, the location spanned over 2 floors of the Brewer St car park in Soho, which was the new central LFW venue which played host to the elite designers catwalk shows in the British Fashion Council [BFC] with over a hundred designers exhibiting their collections to an audience of the UK and International press, buyers and stylists.
AH Support Services Ltd have been awarded the contract to support LFW [BFC] in various services deep cleaning, painting and decoration and building works as well as cleaning during the shows making sure that visitors public & VIP’s alike have a clean well organised show for our clients we knew what the client was looking for by knowing the event support industry and knew we could place ourselves in the right position and have the right resources and support when required as timing is crucial as is rapid response during the shows.
AHSS provided various services from building to cleaning a total of a 25 member strong team working through the day and night 7 days a week as there was a very short time scale. The location at the Car Park at Brewer St, Soho in London was the location chosen for this years’ event, the condition of the car park had been neglected from a cleaning and maintenance point of view and was a great challenge for us to achieve a clean fully functioning event location fit for the VIP guests that are attracted to this high profile event.
We have worked long and hard to make sure that BFW have a seamless transformation and having achieve this it has enabled us to grow and strengthen the working relationship between AHSS Ltd and BFW., as well as the development of multi-skilling within our labour resources.
We have an excellent working relationship, built on a flexible, can-do attitude and an open-book approach to cost control.
